70 yo Cave Creek, AZ woman with class 4 filler spread*

70 yo woman had upper lip filler placed many years ago while working in India. Since that time, her upper lip has not moved appropriately, and she does not show as much teeth as she would like while smiling. On exam, her upper lip was rubbery and distended with filler spread halfway up to her nose and nearly the width of her lips. We used hyaluronidase to dissolve her lip filler with good and natural results. She is able to show a more natural amount of teeth while smiling. We will plan for small volume lip filler in the near future to accentuate the red portion of her upper lip.
