This wonderful 30 yo woman has had small dark blue veins on her lower eyelids for many years. She has had tear trough filler for puffiness without improvement in her eyelid veins. We treated her with the long-pulse YAG laser with complete resolution of her eyelid veins. The entire treatment took seconds with minimal pain.
