What service did you get performed?

Kim

So I've been getting the Opus laser.

Speaker 3

Yes. So far.

Kim

So, I went to Dr. Lynch... I asked him, "Should I get filled with fillers, should I get this or that?" And he said, "No, let's do the Opus laser first, see how that works out with your face. And then if needed, after that, we'll do fillers. We can do Botox if needed." So as of right now, though, I'm on my second treatment of the Opus laser, and I think I don't really need anything else.

Danica

Did you have pain at all-

Kim

No.

Danica

... or what did you feel?

Kim

Nothing. It's very comfortable. You come in, they numb your face. Sometimes I watch YouTube or whatever while my face is getting numb. And then they come in, and they do the laser, and it's very comfortable. Personable, everybody's personable, everybody's worried about how I'm feeling, which is always fine.

Danica

Good. When you came into the office... can you tell about the office compared to some of the other offices. Did it... is it welcoming.

Kim

It's very personable, all the staff is very personable, very welcoming. They don't just check you in and then go back to their computer. They'll talk to you, get to know you. So when you come in, they know who you are. They're like, "Oh, hey Kim."

Danica

It's like a family member.

Kim

Yeah.

Danica

Good. Would you be open to more services with Lynch Vein-

Kim

Oh, definitely-

Danica

... if we had options for it?

Kim

Oh, definitely.

Danica

Perfect.

Kim

And I'm getting my daughters into here. Eventually I will get my daughters a procedure. So after the procedure, the downtime... the first time was five days, almost six, downtime. And then the second time was three days.

Danica

Now did the first time, did you have the elastin the first time?

Kim

And I didn't use elastin-

Danica

The first time?

Kim

The first time.

But the second time-

Second time I used elastin, and the downtime was maybe three days.

So the elastin benefit is that it helps your body heal quicker, it gives your body a-

Kim

It's a little pricey, but I did it, I bought it, and I was like, "Well, they recommend it, I'll try it," and it really does work. I'm probably going to keep buying it because I like it that much.

Danica

And so other than that, as long as you felt better after the procedure. Our ultimate goal is to make sure that you feel good about yourself. We're happy you came in, and glad that you took the time to talk to us. So, I appreciate that.
