Audra:
Okay. Hi, I'm Audra with Lynch Vein & Aesthetics, and today we're going to be talking with our patient.

Beth:
Hi, my name is Beth.

Audra:
Beth, what services have you gotten with us?

Beth:
I've had two different services, the Opus treatment. I've had two of those, and then I've had the vein treatment on my legs. One of those.

Audra:
Can you tell us about the Opus treatment and the process and how you felt before, during, and after?

Beth:
Sure. So I came to see Dr. Lynch because my biggest concerns were my neck, kind of a gobbled neck, turkey neck type thing going on that I wasn't happy with, as well as the lines around my lips really bothered me. So I came in to see him and we decided to do the Opus treatments, which are in a pack of three, I believe. It includes three treatments. The first one, I have to admit, did hurt, and we learned, though, that just with more time spent numbing the skin with the cream that's used, that that made all the difference.

Beth:
The second one that I had done with that numbing cream being used, I couldn't feel anything. So it was absolutely fine.

Audra:

Beth:
And the recovery, there's some redness that first day, and then a couple of days later, you're going to have some dry skin, but by the fifth day, it's all gone. And each week I noticed more improvement in my skin tone and texture, and there's a softening of the lines that was bothering me.

Audra:
Yeah, that's awesome.

Beth:
Actually, there was a flyer that was left on my car at a shopping center just down the street, and I was thrilled to know that there was a service such as this now available in our neighborhood.

Audra:
Yeah. That's nice.

Audra:
... coming in to see us.

Beth:
It's been great. You guys are all wonderful. Everyone's extremely helpful, and I told all my friends, several of whom have already been in to see Dr. Lynch. So yeah, it's going really well. I'm really pleased.

Audra:
Awesome. Thank you. We appreciate it.

Beth:
You're welcome.
